Account Executive - บริษัท แอดไวซ์ ไอที อินฟินิท จำกัด (มหาชน)

Responsibilities

-Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements

-Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

-Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams

-Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust

-Play an main part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships

-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

-2-5 years of Account Executive experience, preferably in Agencies Marketing.

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

-Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

-Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.

-Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
