Responsibilities
• Search for products based on customer inquiries
• Contact suppliers to ask for price quotes, price negotiations, and credit term setups
• Prepare documentation, including quotations, purchase orders, delivery notes, and related documents
• Receive incoming shipments from suppliers and work with the sales team to set up delivery dates for customers
• Coordinate with the Accounting team to ensure supplier bills are processed and paid on time
Qualifications
• Female
• Age preferably 23-30 years
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
• 0-5 years experiences in Sales Support, Coordinator or Purchaser
• Good computer skill - MS Office especially MS Excel, Email
• Good Command in English.
• Good interpersonal skill (Confidentiality / accuracy / time management / communication)
