Responsibilities
- Search for products based on customer inquiries
- Contact overseas suppliers to ask for price quotes, price negotiations, and credit term setups
- Prepare documentation, including quotations, purchase orders, delivery notes, and related documents
- Receive incoming shipments from forwarders and work with the sales team to set up delivery dates for customers
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and courier services to oversee smooth product clearance and shipping
- Check product HS Code
- Deal with government departments to check and apply for required import permits and licenses (e.g., CBWM)
Qualifications
- Female
- Age preferably 23-30 years
- Bachelor Degree in Japanese or relevant field
- 0-5 years experiences in Sales Support or Purchaser
- Good Command in English and Japanese. (N3 or above) *important*
- Good computer skill - MS Office especially MS Excel, Email
- Having a knowledge about import-export is preferable
- Good interpersonal skill (accuracy / time management / fast learning)
- Critical and Analytical thinking skills
