Archetype Thailand is a leading Construction Consultancy Service specializing in Real Estate Project Management, Multipurpose Buildings, Public Infrastructure (Education & Healthcare), and Large-Scale Industrial Projects. Our Consultant Engineers oversee and manage contractors to ensure quality and timely project execution.

• Supervise Civil & Structural (C&S) works on-site, ensuring compliance with approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
• Review project documents, including drawings, specifications, method statements, and As-Built Drawings.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor contractor performance, reporting deviations to the line manager.
• Oversee construction progress, maintaining accurate site records and assisting in QA/QC documentation.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance, reporting violations to the line manager.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Support project commissioning procedures and technical documentation.

• Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of construction site experience, preferably in luxury residential or large-scale projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, Word, and preferably Navisworks or BIM software.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, construction methods, and project specifications.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good English communication skills (written & spoken) – able to work with a foreign manager.
• Team player who can adapt to the dynamic nature of site work.
• Location: Phuket – Luxury Residential Development Project
• Working Days: Monday - Saturday, 8:00 - 17:00
• Employment Type: Fixed-term or Full-time
