New Product Development Manager - บริษัท แจ๊กเจียอุตสาหกรรม(ไทย) จำกัด (มหาชน)

1. Identify and evaluate new product opportunities based on market trends, customer insights, and the company's strategic direction

2. Develop and implement effective product development processes, from concept to launch

3. Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in marketing, R&D, and operations to ensure successful product development and commercialisation

4. Manage the product pipeline, prioritising projects and allocating resources effectively

5. Monitor and analyse market data, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product development decisions

6. Lead and mentor a team of product development professionals to foster innovation and continuous improvement

1. Male or Female, age between 31-45 years old.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in new product development, preferably within the consumer goods or retail industry
3. Strong understanding of product development processes, from ideation to launch
4. Proven track record of successfully launching new products and driving business growth
5. Excellent problem-solving, project management, and decision-making skills
6. Effective communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work cross-functionally
7. Familiarity with market research, data analysis, and consumer insights
8. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, business, or engineering

บริษัท แจ๊กเจียอุตสาหกรรม (ไทย) จำกัด (มหาชน) ก่อตั้งขึ้นตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2509 ด้วยทุนจดทะเบียนเริ่มแรก จำนวน 5 ล้านบาท เดิมมีชื่อว่า “บริษัท โฮ้วป่าบราเดอร์ส (ไทย) จำกัด และได้เพิ่มทุนจดทะเบียน เป็นจำนวน 7 ล้านบาท ในปี พ.ศ. 2513

บริษัทฯ มีการเติบโตอย่างรวดเร็ว จึงได้เข้าจดทะเบียน แปรสภาพเป็นบริษัทมหาชน
จำกัด ต่อกระทรวงพาณิชย์แล้ว เมื่อวันที่ 21 มิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2536 และบริษัทฯ ได้มีการจดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์โดยใช้ชื่อว่า "JCT" ในกลุ่มของใช้ส่วนตัวและเวชภัณฑ์ โดยในปัจจุบันมีทุนจดทะเบียนรวมเป็นจำนวนเงิน 135 ล้านบาท
