Responsibilities
-Store Management: Oversee and maintain online storefronts across all channels (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Line OA, and Website), ensuring product information is accurate, up-to-date, and visually appealing.
-Campaign Management: Design and execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing team, including setting up vouchers, discounts, and Flash Sales.
-Coordination: Coordinate with relevant departments: Graphic Design for creative assets, Customer Service for inquiry support, and Warehouse for inventory management.
-Reporting & Analytics: Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, analyze campaign performance, and provide data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies.
-Ad Optimization: Coordinate or set up platform-specific advertisements (CPAS, Marketplace Ads) to ensure performance meets target ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
Qualifications
-Age not exceeding 30 years old.
-1–3 years of experience in Marketplace management (Candidates with a proven track record of sales growth will be specially considered
-In-depth knowledge of backend systems (Seller Center) for Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Facebook, and Line.
-Strong understanding of online campaign workflows and basic inventory management.
-Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis
-Excellent communication and coordination skills, with strong problem-solving abilities.
