Responsibilities
Tasks & responsibilities
- Audit store (Counting cash, documents, understanding of regulatory and pharmacy operations) ตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติการของหน้าร้าน (ตรวจนับเงินสด ตรวจสอบเเอกสาร และตรวจทานการปฏิบัติตามกฎต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง)
- Investigate fraud cases ตรวจสอบและสอบสวนการทุจริต
- Control stock write-off (normal store and pop-up store) ควบคุมสินค้าของร้านที่ปิด
- Review Stock adjustment (store and warehouse) ตรวจทานการปรับปรุงสินค้าที่ร้านและคลังสินค้า
- Perform process and document review for head office ตรวจทานระบบการทำงานและเอกสารของสำนักงานใหญ่
- Control use of company's power and attorney ควบคุมการใช้หนังสือมอบอำนาจของบริษัท
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly commercial performance reports for management.
- Analyze sales and gross margin performance across categories, brands, channels, and suppliers, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Review New Product Development (NPD) and ongoing product performance to support commercial decisions.
- Support supplier performance reviews, including analysis of margins, funding, and trade terms, working closely with Heads of Commercial.
- Prepare sales and gross margin budgets and forecasts, monitoring performance against plan and supporting financial planning processes.
- Perform variance analysis with clear financial commentary, highlighting drivers of performance and recommending actions to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain Excel-based analytical models and reporting tools.
- Develop Power BI dashboards where appropriate to improve visibility and insight.
- Support business cases and scenario modelling for key commercial initiatives, including pricing, promotions, and new launches
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports.
