Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Provide professional consultations on skincare, makeup, haircare, personal care, and wellness products
• Assess customers’ needs and recommend suitable products based on skin type, concerns, and preferences
• Demonstrate product usage and explain ingredients, benefits, and application techniques
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new product launches, trends, and promotions
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Ensure product displays are attractive, clean, and well-stocked
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns professionally
• Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising activities
• Adhere to company policies, hygiene standards, and health regulations
• Promote loyalty programs, memberships, and promotional campaigns
Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in related field is a plus
• 1–3 years of experience in beauty retail, pharmacy retail, or cosmetic sales
• Previous experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, pharmacy, or retail sales preferred
• Certification in cosmetology, esthetics, makeup artistry, or related field is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, beauty trends, and wellness products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
