Responsibilities
- Formulate HR Strategy in both short & long-term to align with corporate direction
- Develop HR Policy (HRD & HRM & HROD)
- Design organization structure and Job Evaluation for management level
- Conduct workforce planning
- Design, review, revise and implement HR management tools & Systems
- Support People Management to the Management and HR Management via HR Insights and Analytics
- Being responsible for Organization Development, Core competency and Functional competency management
- Analysing, developing and managing succession plans, talent development and individual development plans.
- Implementing succession plans and talent development through training and development activities.
- Managing training budgets aligned with training plans and individual development plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or higher in Human Resources Development or any related field.
- At least 5 - 10 years’ experience in HS Strategy
- Working experience as HR Consultant from reputable HR Consulting Firm/Organization will be an advantage
- Hands-on experience in succession planning, career development planning, competency development and application of assessment tools.
- Experience in HR Strategy team or involving in HR Strategy formulation is a plus.
- Good communication and coordinate skill.
- Highly responsible and able to work under pressure.
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, E-mail, Internet)
- Good command of English.
