• Plan and manage overall production processes to meet organizational goals
• Oversee production to ensure maximum efficiency and adherence to quality standards
• Develop and implement continuous improvements in production processes to increase output and reduce costs
• Lead and manage the production team, including recruitment, training, and development
• Coordinate effectively with cross-functional departments such as procurement, warehouse, and engineering
• Analyze production data to identify issues and propose effective solutions
• Ensure all operations comply with safety and environmental regulations

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field
• 8-10 years of progressive experience in production management
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and inventory management
• Proven experience applying Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles
• Strong leadership and effective communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and solve problems under pressure
• Previous experience in the [specify industry if known] industry is a plus.
