• Plan and oversee the operations of the Quality Assurance (QA) department, laboratory, and quality control, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and goals.
• Monitor and evaluate performance across raw materials QA, product QA, quality system operations, and laboratory work, ensuring tasks are executed as planned and providing necessary resources.
• Report on operating results and propose guidelines for corrective actions and improvements in quality assurance to executives.
• Participate in determining supplier inspection plans in collaboration with the purchasing department for supplier evaluations.
• Assess performance results, identify improvement opportunities, and propose corrective actions when obstacles affect the department’s ability to meet its goals.
• Conduct internal and external assessments, including tracking and resolving defects in accordance with company systems and requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science and Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, and laboratory operations within the food industry.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and train subordinates.
• Strong sense of responsibility and meticulous attention to work processes.
• In-depth knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, GMP, HACCP, BRC, and Halal., Smeta 
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in computer applications, communication, and coordination skills.
