Job Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to analyze and define user requirements, ensuring all business needs are effectively captured and documented.

2. Conduct in-depth data analysis to support strategic decision-making and initiate new projects that drive organizational growth and efficiency.

3. Design, develop, and maintain applications to continuously meet user needs and improve operational performance.

4. Develop and enhance SAP solutions, providing expert consultation and customizing system functions to align with business processes.

5. Conduct system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in collaboration with project teams and end-users to ensure system accuracy, stability, and reliability.

6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Work style: Onsite 100% (Mon - Fri and Sat 1 day per Month)

Location: Head Office (Soi Charoen Rat, Khlong San Near ICONSIAM)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Business Analysis or Data Analysis; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong interpersonal, coordination, and presentation skills.
• Exceptional logical thinking, systematic approach, and ability to solve problems under pressure.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation and complex formulas/functions.
• Basic knowledge of Python and SQL.
• Fundamental understanding of software/program design principles.
