Senior Project Engineer will be responsible for the business development,and project development.This will include effective sourcing and management of internal and external resources for technical assessment,technical due diligence,technical feasibility study of the project. We seek a driven individual who can also communicate , interact and mange our contacts in the region, as well as a self-starter who is willing to make int-ital contacts to develop new business and new relationship.The position requires and individual with exceptional communication skills and ability to coordinate/develop/execute the business development plan for the Asia Pacific (EV Charger)

Project development Area

• prepare project feasibility study or technical due diligence by analyzing technology,resource need,and market demand
• Present and explain feasibility study, conceptual design and engineering design to internal and external partner/investor
• Prepare project development cost estimation, bid evaluation, contract preparation and monitor budget during project execution
• Establish scientific or technical goals within broad outlines provided by to management
• Able to influence at senior management level, take a strategic outlook ND mange change where necessary
• Leading /providing technical support to the business development

Project Management Area

• Mange several existing projects/prospects toward achievement of quantifiable deliverables, developing overall project execution plans , budgets, coordination and delegation of work assignments for internal resources, tracking milestones
• Organizing, Planning , and Prioritzing work - Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize , organize and accomplish the projects
• Coordinate and lead project meeting, including all member of the project team
• Ensure that all project are delivered on-time , within scope and within budget
• Ensure resource availability and allocation

• Bachelor's / Master degree in engineering or equivalent in experience in a related discipline
• For manger position with minimum 3-5 years' experience in successful project management /business development with a track record of success in project execution as well as project development is essential
• Must be fluent in written and spoken English
• Good understanding of development project management and governance
• An understanding of the practical realities and cultural dimensions of working in the assigned country/location
• Communication and reporting , including ensuring appropriate information is collected ,communicated. manged and archived effectively
• Experience as below listed is a plus

•  Project financial management , estimating , budgeting , Planning and expenditure control
•  Document management
• Resources management - organizing , training and managing project team
• Risk management - including identification, mitigation and managing project risks
