Responsibilities
•Sources and negotiates with suppliers on quality, cost and delivery so as to obtain the maximum benefit.
•Performs vendor selection for RFQ and evaluates Direct vendor capability/capacity
•Creates Purchase Order/Draft Contract, and ensures it compliance the company and department rules and regulations.
•Tracks and expedites the delivery.
•Handles the vendor billing.
•Performs regular performance review to drive continuous improvements.
•Prepares and updates Approved Vendor List and maintain Vendor Maser Data.
•Focus cost saving projects, researches the market to introduce the new source or technology.
•Resolves material non-conformance/discrepancy with supplier.
•Works as a liaison between suppliers and AAB to streamline relationships
Qualifications
1. Male or Female
2. Age 27 year old up
3. Business management or any related field
4. Minimum 2 years procurement experience preferred in automotive
