Responsibilities
Event planning & logistics: Define event purpose, manage logistics, and ensure alignment with overall strategy and communications.
Data tracking & analysis: Develop tools to consolidate event data, providing insights into program efficiency and participant engagement.
Agency & venue management: Coordinate with multiple agencies, source venues, and support budget allocation and phasing.
Cross-functional support: Collaborate with regional and local teams to ensure smooth execution of activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Event Marketing role.
- At least 3 years of experience in event planning within medium or large organizations.
- Demonstrated experience managing congresses, meetings, and external agencies.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and compliance skills.
- Analytical mindset coupled with excellent communication abilities.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Skilled in cross-functional coordination and providing remote support.
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
