*** Production Planning & Material Planning for SMT (Surface Mount Technology) manufacturing, including electronic component assembly on PCB (Printed Circuit Board)***

• Manage production planning and master scheduling across SMT production lines, including development, improvement, documentation, and continuous process optimization to enhance production efficiency.

• Control and analyze Production, Sales, and Inventory (PSI) plans to ensure alignment with business requirements.

• Ensure customer demand fulfillment through effective production planning and PSI management.

• Optimize production efficiency by minimizing non-productive time and improving line utilization, labor efficiency, material usage, and packaging effectiveness.

• Ensure on-time delivery performance in line with customer requirements.

• Drive cost efficiency and eliminate losses from all planning and production-related activities.

• Establish and standardize planning concepts and procedures across all planners to ensure consistency and accuracy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Production Planning, Master Scheduling, or PSI management in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge of Production Planning, Inventory Control, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).

• Proven experience in managing cross-functional manufacturing operations and improving production efficiency.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Leadership experience with ability to manage, coach, and develop a planning team.

• Good understanding of cost control, capacity planning, and lean manufacturing principles.

• Strong communication and coordination skills across departments.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems.

• Good command of English (both written and spoken).

• Experience in the automotive or electronics manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
