In this New Model Engineer role, you will lead and manage the schedule for new model launch projects, coordinating with relevant sections. You will be responsible for confirming new products, providing feedback on quality and productivity issues. You will assist with customer requirement documentation and reporting, including PPAP/APQP, and co-check parts with customers. Managing engineering change control will be a key part of your duties. Furthermore, you will support internal and external quality audits, coordinating with related departments to ensure compliance with IATF16949 standards. This position is suited for individuals with an interest in both electronics and mechanics, and foundational skills in design software like Auto CAD or CATIA.
