Responsibilities
Responsibility
Review Machine specification from customer request and prepare Unit list for Wire Bonder Machine (Bill of Material) for support production assembly new design or improvement function of Wire Bonder Machine, consider design and issue Drawign for Parts fablication including verification result of new or improvement design Support production process and supplier to solve problem and preventive improvement support customer request or issue problem by proposal solusion and information communication
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Machnical Engineering
- Work experience 1-3 years (Design field will be get an advantage)
- Good communication in English
- Basic Japancse of advanced will be get an advantage
- Able to use CAD design
- Able to work overtime
- Able to travelling abroad for business or training lonely
