Responsibilities
- To support technical requirement from customer and improve bonding ability follow customer specification
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronic filed
- Experience in Semiconductor field. (Experience for wire bonder will be special consideration)
- Good technical knowledge
- Familiar with wire bonder machine, Operation , Trouble shooting
