Responsibilities
- Inspect the operational quality of Wire Bonde machines according to defined standards
- Perform basic machine maintenance as scheduled
- Record inspection data and operational results consistently
- Report any machine issues or abnormalities to the supervisor
- Adhere strictly to safety procedures during operations
Qualifications
- Vocational Diploma (Por Wor Sor) in Electronics, Technical, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in a technical or machine operation role
- Basic understanding of machine manuals and operational procedures
- Meticulous attention to detail in quality inspection
- Ability to work in shifts
- Previous experience with Wire Bonde machines is a plus.
