Responsibilities
- Provide technical service and support for machinery in IC Assembly production lines
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues of machines such as Wire Bonder or Die Bonder
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair machinery according to schedules
- Prepare service reports and maintain records of machine maintenance
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- 0-3 years of experience in the electronics industry, specifically in IC Assembly
- Foundational understanding of semiconductor production machinery operations
- Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license
- Experience with Wire Bonder or Die Bonder machines is a plus.
