Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Autodesk Construction Cloud platform, Revit, Navisworks, and related program.
- Configure and customize Autodesk Construction Cloud solutions to meet specific client project requirements and workflows
- Conduct technical training sessions and workshops for internal teams and external clients on platform or software features and best practices in ACC/BIM Collaborate Pro/Revit/Navisworks.
- Collaborate with project teams to implement digital construction workflows and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures for platform usage
- Monitor system performance, identify issues, and coordinate with Autodesk support for resolution of complex technical problems
- Assist in data migration, project setup, and user onboarding processes for new Construction Cloud implementations
- Evaluate and recommend new features, tools, and integrations to enhance construction project delivery
- Support quality assurance processes by reviewing model coordination, clash detection, and project deliverables
- Serve as primary technical liaison between construction teams, IT departments, and Autodesk representatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related technical field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction technology, BIM management, or digital construction workflows
- Proven expertise with Autodesk Construction Cloud suite (BIM 360, Autodesk Docs, Autodesk Build, BIM Collaborate Pro)
- Strong knowledge of BIM processes, 3D modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks), and construction project lifecycle
- Experience with cloud-based collaboration platforms and construction project management software
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
