Responsibilities
We are looking for a forward-thinking HR Manager who possesses a strong vision for people management. The ideal candidate must understand the dynamics of a manufacturing environment and be ready to lead our Digital Transformation journey, driving the organization toward sustainable growth.
- Strategic Advisor to Management: Act as a strategic partner to management, providing insights on human capital strategies to support business goals and leading HR management through digital transformation.
- Strategic Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Develop proactive recruitment strategies to acquire the right talent efficiently, utilizing digital tools and employer branding while cultivating high-potential employees.
- Total Rewards & Benefits Management: Oversee accurate and competitive payroll, benefits, and compensation systems to attract and retain top talent.
- Labor Relations & Employee Engagement: Manage labor relations, resolve conflicts, foster a positive workplace culture, and serve as a bridge between management and employees.
- Data Analysis & HR Digital Transformation: Leverage workforce data for strategic decision-making and implement automation technologies to streamline workflows and boost operational efficiency.
- Labor Law & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and safety standards.
- Performance Management & Training: Design performance evaluation systems and training programs to upskill employees, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Age : 28-40 years old.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Political Science, Law, Industrial Psychology, or related fields.
- Work Experience : At least 3 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years of direct experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in labor laws, payroll management, and ISO 9001 standards.
- HRIS , HR analytics skills, and a commitment to digital transformation.
- Strong leadership, decisive
- excellent negotiation skills
- Proactive, action-oriented approach to plant operations.
- Capable of providing strategic insights and advice to senior management.
