Responsibilities
- Prepare and ensure data accuracy for quarterly Agent performance evaluations.
- Verify Agent compliance with working standards and summarize identified issues into presentation format.
- Summarize Agent benefits and compensation payments, including documenting exceptions and compiling complete supporting payment documentation.
- Collect, organize, and prepare supporting data sets for presentations to Agents and the Sales Team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales Operations or Commercial support.
- Strong foundation in data analysis and processing, with high proficiency in working with numerical data.
- Exceptional attention to detail and focus on data accuracy.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and summarization.
- Ability to create clear and effective presentations (PowerPoint) to communicate complex data.
- Demonstrated skills in data management, data visualization, and data interpretation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
