Sustainable Development & Circular Economy Manager - บริษัท บุญรอดบริวเวอรี่ จำกัด

• Work with all BU's to instill forward looking mindset, scan external environments pertaining to the company's industry and translate relevant issues for sustainable development.

• Gain cooperation from all BU's to look towards incorporating sustainability risk, Stakeholder Engagement and Materiality Analysis.

• Coordinate sustainability data collection, performance tracking, and reporting activities across the manufacturing group to support corporate sustainability reporting and performance measurement requirements.

• Coordinate and follow up on SD projects and strategic initiatives.

• Share knowledge of sustainability, which speeds the pace of change: advise, consult, raising awareness, and narrative to inspire understanding, commitment, and action.

• Evaluate and develop methodologies for sustainability initiatives.

• Assist supervisor to set department strategic direction for sustainable development.

• CoProject with CTEG and Plant for SD project e.g. Biomass Boiler, Solar, LNG, Alternative Fuel and other SD projects.

• Set up Circular Economy Project or business as per Corporate. Direction

• Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

• Master's Degree in Environment or MBA is preferable.

• Have 4-5 years direct experiences in sustainability system i.e. environmental issue, community involvement and development, Stakeholder engagement and/ or practicing ISO

• At least 7 years working experience with at least 5 years in managerial level, prefer from manufacturing firm or FMCG.

• Strong leadership skill, communication skill, and excellent ability to motivate others.
