Responsibilities
- Monitor and control New Model activities in the production line to prevent engineering and manufacturing issues caused by defective parts.
- Review and verify engineering-related documents, including drawings, engineering change notices, and product specifications.
- Prepare and review Work Instructions (W/I) to ensure accuracy and compliance with production requirements.
- Coordinate with Quality Control, Production, and Parts Suppliers to resolve quality issues related to parts, products, and processes.
- Inspect and conduct trials for new and modified parts to verify accuracy and readiness prior to mass production.
- Follow up on and resolve issues related to molds and tooling, including modification and repair of defective parts.
- Collaborate with concerned departments to address component-related issues in assembly processes within the production line.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or any related field.
- Skilled in using AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
- Detail-oriented, with problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good English communication and basic computer skills.
- Experience or internship in manufacturing is an advantage.
