Responsibilities

Control and establish standard time, perform line balancing, and monitor production capacity and improvement activities to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety.
Set up and optimize paint process parameters including mixing ratio, film thickness, curing conditions, and cycle time.
Support paint line operations and troubleshoot process, equipment, and coating defects or damage.
Analyze test results and provide technical recommendations to Production, Engineering, and Quality teams.
Conduct paint laboratory evaluations such as color matching, film thickness measurement, gloss, hardness, and salt spray testing.
Coordinate with suppliers, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve paint-related issues and ensure process stability.
Other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineer or related fields and new graduates are welcome.
Good English communication skills.
Skilled in using AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in teams.
Experience in paint/coating production process or paint laboratory testing would be an advantage.
