Responsibilities

Monitor and track daily and monthly production targets, and analyze production processes to ensure efficiency and achievement of production goals.
Oversee production machinery, equipment, and copper piping systems to ensure smooth operation, minimize downtime, and support continuous improvement activities.
Prepare and maintain production-related documents, coordinate with other departments, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.
Develop and establish standard time for each production process and product model according to factory standards.
Prepare daily and monthly production reports.
Other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, or related fields.
At least 1 years of experience in production engineering or the home appliances business would be an advantage.
Skilled in using AutoCAD or SolidWorks; ability to operate CNC machines is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in teams.
