Service Engineer (Robotics) based at Bangkok Office - บริษัท ยาสกาว่า อิเล็คทริก (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

· Support robot installation, setup, commissioning, and system start-up.

· Troubleshoot and diagnose robots, controllers, and related equipment.

· Provide technical support for Yaskawa products at customer sites and via phone/email.

· Perform robot inspection, Preventive Maintenance (PM), Corrective Maintenance, and repair.

· Support emergency service and breakdown recovery at customer sites.

· Support robot programming, parameter setting, and system testing.

· Conduct robot demonstrations and provide basic technical guidance to customers.

· Support Overhaul, Renewal, and Inspection of robotics systems.

· Prepare service reports, inspection reports, and maintain service records.

· Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and other related departments to provide effective technical support to customers.

· Provide 24-hour technical hotline support

· Age between 22–30 years old.

· Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

· Basic knowledge of industrial robots, automation systems, or electrical/mechanical systems is an advantage.

· Able to work in shifts and provide 24-hour technical support

· Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

· Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Self-disciplined, responsible, and highly motivated to learn.

· Able to communicate in English.

· Willing to travel to customer sites and provide technical support when required.

· Have a valid driver’s license and own a car.
