Test Development Engineer - บริษัท ทีมพรีซิชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน)

• Design, develop, and fabricate functional testers based on customer test specifications.
• Provide support for new product design, existing design modifications, and prototype builds as assigned.
• Offer technical support for design-related issues within manufacturing processes as assigned.
• Manage functional tester setup to support daily production and shipment plans.
• Supervise Technicians in conducting root cause failure analysis on failed units in Work-In-Progress (WIP) and oversee rework WIP aging control.
• Create Work Instructions and tester setup procedures in compliance with corporate ISO standard procedures.
• Lead yield improvement activities, test process cycle time reduction, and productivity improvement projects, including responsibility for debugging units.

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of experience as a Test Development Engineer in EMS or a related business.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, C++, and VB.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
