• ·  Gather and validate design inputs including flows, water-quality data, variation, discharge/reuse requirements, existing assets, site constraints, and operating philosophy.

  ·  Prepare design basis, mass balances, process calculations, hydraulic profiles, equipment sizing, chemical consumption, sludge/waste estimates, CAPEX/OPEX inputs, and utility requirements.

  ·  Develop and review process flow diagrams, P&IDs, process descriptions, control philosophies, equipment lists, datasheets, line/instrument requirements, and performance-test criteria.

  ·  Select and integrate appropriate physical, chemical, biological, membrane, separation, sludge, and odor/air-treatment processes based on evidence and lifecycle value.

  ·  Plan and conduct sampling, jar tests, bench/pilot trials, treatability studies, microbiological checks, and site investigations; interpret results and document limitations.

  ·  Support technical proposals, tender clarifications, customer presentations, risk reviews, HAZOP/what-if discussions, and value-engineering decisions.

  ·  Work closely with Mechanical, E&I, Project, Service, Laboratory, Procurement, Sales, operators, and vendors to convert the process concept into a buildable and operable system.

  ·  Support pre-commissioning, start-up, process tuning, chemical-dose optimization, troubleshooting, performance testing, operator training, and acceptance documentation.

  ·  Analyze plant data and trends, identify root causes, recommend corrective actions, and follow results through to confirmed improvement.

  ·  Maintain calculation files, assumptions, revision control, reports, lessons learned, and technical standards while protecting safety, quality, and environmental compliance.

• ·  Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical, Environmental, Water Resources, Sanitary Engineering, or a related discipline.

  ·  At least 1-3 years in process design, operations, commissioning, laboratory/pilot work, or troubleshooting for industrial water, wastewater, reuse, chemicals, utilities, or environmental systems.

  ·  Sound understanding of water chemistry and relevant unit processes such as coagulation/DAF, biological treatment, membranes, filtration, ion exchange, sludge handling, disinfection, and chemical dosing.

  ·  Strong Excel and data-analysis skills; able to prepare transparent calculations, graphs, design assumptions, and professional technical reports.

  ·  Able to read and develop PFDs/P&IDs and collaborate across mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, civil, laboratory, and operational interfaces.

  ·  Strong Thai communication and working English for technical literature, specifications, reports, meetings, and presentations.

  ·  Valid driving license and willingness to travel and work flexibly during sampling, trials, start-up, and process stabilization.

Location:

Based in Rayong and willing to travel in Thailand and rest of the region if required.
