- Prepare and analyze cash flow forecasts on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

- Monitor and control cash inflows and outflows in accordance with company policies.

- Coordinate with Accounting, Procurement, and management teams to optimize working capital.

- Manage relationships with banks and Financial institutions, including negotiating credit facilities, loans, and Financial services.

- Analyze Financial trends and recommend strategies to improve cash utilization efficiency.

- Establish and enforce credit policies, including reviewing and approving customer credit limits.

- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to ensure timely payments.

- Analyze Aging Reports and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) to assess collection performance.

- Improve receivables management processes to reduce overdue accounts and bad debts.

- Provide monthly Reports on accounts receivable status and cash flow to management.

- Lead, Manage, and Develop the finance / credit control & collection team to achieve high performance.

- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 40 - 50 years old

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field

- At least 5 years of experience in finance, with a strong focus on cash flow management, credit control, and collections in the manufacturing industry

- Experience in setting and managing credit policies and customer credit risk assessment.

- Conversational high level of English (International meeting)

- Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or ACCA are an advantage.

- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Familiarity with Aging report, DSO analysis, and collection strategies.

- Proven Experience in managing working capital, liquidity planning, and banking relationships.

- Solid understanding of Financial analysis, cash flow forecasting, and Financial modeling.
