Responsibilities

- Coordinate and communicate between internal/external departments, Japanese executives, and related parties.
- Handle 90-day reporting and visa/residency-related matters for Japanese staff in Thailand.
- Manage executives’ schedules, appointment reminders, meeting room bookings, travel tickets, hotel reservations, etc.
- Accompany and Support executives as assigned.
- Prepare for meetings, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items and meeting resolutions.
- Screen documents, Prepare correspondence, reply to emails, and Handle phone calls.
- Arrange and coordinate hospitality for visitors meeting with executives.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and executive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Prepare Financial reports as assigned by management.
- Support HR, administrative, safety, and company activity-related tasks.
- Other assigned task by the report line

Qualifications

< Necessary Skill / Experience >

- Thai nationality, Female, age 23 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 year of experience as an interpreter or secretary in a manufacturing company
- Conversational high level of Japanese(N3 up) (to communicate with Japanese managers and transalted)
- Conversational high level of English (to communicate with Japanese managers and Translate documents between Japanese, Thai, and English)

< Preferable Skill / Experience >

- Working/studying Experience in Japan
- Expirience in manufacturing

Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : Conversational

Workplace Area: Mueang, Samut Sakhon
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Friday (Saturday: Every other Saturday))
