- Assist in overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities.

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and physical stock checks.

- Supervise warehouse staff, allocate tasks, and ensure operations are completed efficiently and on schedule.

- Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of goods to prevent damage, loss, or discrepancies.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and cost control.

- Provide training, guidance, and performance Support to warehouse team members.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and warehouse operational procedures.

- Investigate operational issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

- Prepare and report warehouse operational performance, issues, and improvement updates to the warehouse Manager.

- Coordinate with internal teams and Support customer requirements to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are achieved.

- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 30 - 40 years old

- Bachelor's degree

- At least 2 years of supervisor-level experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations in the warehouse/logistics industry

- Good understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and stock control processes.

- Conversational Middle in English (Spoken and written; for internal use and documents)

- Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) and/or ERP systems is preferred.

- knowledge of warehouse safety standards and operational compliance is an advantage.

- Able to Drive a forklift

- Warehouse management Experience in a freight service company
