Responsibilities
Shop Sales (40%)
• Support Japanese customers via shop counter, LINE, phone, and email
• Promote company services and provide customer support
• Handle dry-cleaning service reception and customer inquiries
• Support marketing activities such as promotions, social media, blogs, and YouTube content
• Manage advertising sales for the yearly magazine
Corporate Sales (60%)
• Main customers are Japanese companies (both existing and new clients)
• Existing customer support & meetings: 30%
• New sales via referrals from partners & existing customers: 20%
• New business development: 50%
• Communication Fee analysis & explain to customers (Bill Analysis)
• Analyze communication costs and explain billing details to customers
• Support project coordination, corporate events, and technical inquiries for mobile devices and services
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and sales expansion
• Attend corporate sales Event (1 or 2 times per year)
• Other tasks might be assigned
Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience in Cooperate Sales or Customer Services at any companies.
• Business level of Japanese (Clients/Individual customers/Internal Communication).
• Conversational middle level of English (Communication and documents).
• Basic operational skills for IT equipment, devices, and PCs softwares will be preferable.
• Experience in the telecommunications or IT industry will be preferable.
• Experience in shop management or team leadership will be preferable.
• B2B sales experience will be preferable.
• Experience in SNS operation or marketing will be preferable.
• Experience in customer negotiation or project management will be preferable.
Languages skills
• English : Conversational
• Japanese : Business
Workplace Area: Robinson Sriracha
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00 (Shift work: ２days off per week on weekdays, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.)
