Responsibilities
• Create quotations, which involves communication, site investigation, Material Take-Off (MTO), and contractor arrangements.
• Arrange and control site works, including supervising contractors and ensuring project execution.
• Prepare site construction and work schedules, coordinating with various stakeholders to maintain project timelines.
• Carry out the inspection of equipment, materials, and workmanship at project sites.
• Prepare and submit project documents, reports, and technical specifications in English.
• Implement and maintain 5S principles (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) in the work environment.
Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering is preferred)
• At least 5 years of experience as a site manager or site engineer at plant construction.
• Have management experience
• Can read technical drawing (in English), can use CAD (no need to be a designer, can explain to clients using CAD)
• Valid car driving license.
• Work experience in Japanese company
• Hold COE license will be preferable
• Ability to communicate with customers for work specifications, create quotations, and carry out inspections will be preferable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint will be preferable
• No criminal record will be preferable
• Must be in good health and have a positive, flexible, proactive, and sociable personality will be preferable

Workplace Area: Bangna District, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Monday – Friday)
