Responsibilities

- Handle daily document transactions (customs clearance, invoices, etc.) and provide full-scope document service to customers.
- Control and arrange inbound and outbound logistics efficiently, coordinating with logistics providers, warehouses, and shipping lines.
- Manage credit Control to prevent over-credit and past-due situations.
- Process and input documents related to import/export and domestic business accurately into the system.
- Perform administrative tasks for the team, including report-making Support and meeting arrangements.

Qualifications

< Necessary Skill / Experience >

- Thai nationality, Female, age 24 - 27 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience as a Sales coordinator with handling shipping documents (import and export operations) from a Trading/Manufacturing company
- Conversational High level in English (communicate with Japanese GM and external)
- Proficient in basic IT applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrates a High level of commitment to completing tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and the Ability to build strong relationships with team members.

< Preferable Skill/ Experience >

- Experience from Food&Retail business
- TOEIC 700 up

Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: BTS Chong Nonsi
Working Hour: 8:30-17:00 (Monday - Friday)
