Responsibilities

- Conduct meetings with customers regarding transportation and scheduling, including visiting clients with the sales team approximately 3-4 days per week.
- Oversee and Monitor the workflow of customer service and shipping operations for air, land, and sea freight.
- Oversee all ongoing projects and work to ensure there are no delays and timelines are met.
- Provide accurate customs codes to customers and shipping partners.
- Organize, review, and approve documents related to import and export activities.
- Input and follow up with customers and overseas inquiries regarding shipment status, related documents, billing, claims, and other requirements.
- Monitor daily emails and respond to business requirements from both internal and external parties.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

< Necessary Skill / Experience >

- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 30 - 38 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of working experience as Logistics management.
- Conversational middle-high level of English
- Able to work individually

< Preferable Skill / Experience >

- Experience from Logistic Company
- Experience of taking care of Automotive industry clients
- Person who has experience in small sized company

Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: BTS Phrom Phong
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Monday - Friday)
