Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions promptly.
• Verify product specifications, pricing, and delivery requirements.
• Monitor order status from order receipt through delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer records and order documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer records and order documentation.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Warehouse, Logistics, and Sales departments to ensure order fulfillment.
Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields.
• Have working experience at least 2 years as Customer Service, Sales, Import-Export from any manufacturing industry
• Have working experience to coordinate with customer and warehouse to check inventory and the delivery plan
• Conversational high - business level of English *Interview and report in English.
• Good personality
• Have TOEIC more than 700 will be preferable
