Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end supply chain covering demand planning, procurement, warehousing, logistics, and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with Thai Customs, Free Zone, and FTA regulations for import/export activities.
• Custom report for transaction which use Custom privilege, twice a year.
• Take full ownership of foreign customers’ orders (customers to be defined with Sales/Commercial team).
• Monitor order processing from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Finance to meet customer expectations and resolve issues.
• Supervise Customer Service Officer to ensure professional communication with global customers.
• Oversee all procurement activities, ensuring timely supply of raw materials, consumables, packaging, and spare parts.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost competitiveness, and reliability.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers and service providers.
• Monitor supplier performance (quality, delivery, cost) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage and develop the supply chain team (Warehouse, Purchasing, Import/Export, Customer Service, SAP Specialist & Planning).
• Provide training, performance evaluation, and succession planning for team members.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration between Supply Chain, Production, and Sales.
• Ensure effective use of SAP for planning, procurement, warehouse, and logistics transactions.
• Drive digitalization and automation initiatives to improve data accuracy and reduce manual workload.
• Maintain accurate master data and support KPI reporting (e.g., inventory accuracy, utilization rate).
• Ensure compliance with company group policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Mitigate risks related to customs audits, supply disruptions, and customer complaints.

Qualifications

Necessary Skill / Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields.
• Have working experience at least 10 years in supply chain from any manufacturing or logistics industry
• Have management experience at least 3 years as Assistant Manager or higher
• Have working experience of relevant legislation and FTA regulation to BOI, Custom, Free zone import/export procedures and government affair **have to do by yourself**
• Experience in contract drafting and supplier negotiations
• Conversational high - business level of English *Contact with overseas supplier, interview in English
• Able to use ERP system will be preferable
• Have working experience from MNC company will be preferable
