• Develop new products to meet criteria in terms of established cost and margins.

• Collaborate with production department to run pre-production test and set up standardize for product.

• Interact with suppliers and ingredient consultants to keep abreast of new products and technologies.

• Set up standard procedures and training materials for new product launches to support the simplification of operations.

• Research consumer behavior to develop product.

• Control working plan, and training subordinate in order to skill up for speed up.

• Supervising and guiding new staff for administrative within the department with agreed policies and workflow.

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 5 years working experience in Research and Development, from consumer goods , chemical manufacturing industry.

• 1 year management experience as senior level with leadership skills.

• Conversational low - middle level of English.

• Experience in similar product or consumer product will be preferable (Adult Diapers, Sanitary Napkins, Tissue)

Workplace Area: Amata City Industrial Estate Pluakdaeng, Rayong

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Monday to Friday (No SAT))

Salary: 30,000–40,000THB
