Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage monthly payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary payments.
• Maintain employee attendance, leave records, overtime, and payroll-related data.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including social security, group insurance, provident fund, annual health check-ups, and other company benefits.
• Prepare payroll reports, salary and benefit related documents, and HR reports for management.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, welfare, and HR policies.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
• Support other HR administrative tasks and HR projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 30-40 years
• Any Gender
• Bachelor's degree in Human resources or related field.
• At least 5 years experience as HR&GA in any manufacturing industry.
• Have management experience at least 1 year as HR Senior, Leader or Supervisor
• Must have working experience in Payroll
• Conversational daily - middle level of English. (E-mail and Document)
• Able to handle payroll by using HR focus program is an advantage

Workplace Area: Amatanakorn Phrase 2 Bankao, Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Saturday Working: Average 1-2 time per month)
