Responsibilities

<Job responsibilities>

- Handle documentation related to trading business, including Purchase Orders (PO), delivery arrangements, shipping documents, payment arrangements, and other trade-related paperwork.
- Communicate with internal departments (such as sales, logistics) and external business partners (clients, suppliers, forwarders) to ensure smooth business operations and resolve issues.
- Follow up on customer Orders and delivery status, proactively addressing any delays or discrepancies.
- Prepare and manage monthly Inventory reports, analysis, and reconciliation for the food department.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate product deliveries.
- Process and monitor invoices, payments, and other Financial transactions related to sales activities.
- Maintain and update customer and order databases within the company systems (e.g., SAP).
- Assist sales team with customer inquiries, quotations, and sales-related administrative tasks.

Qualifications

<Necessary Skill / Experience >

- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 24 - 28 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience in sales support, purchasing, or import-export fields within a trading or manufacturing company. (Required to have Import-Export knowledge)
- Conversational high to business level English proficiency for communication with business partners, clients, and handling documents.
- Ability to manage and work with Microsoft Excel (Pivot, Vlookup)
- The candidates need to submit transript for further consideration  
- Quick learner and Able to work effectively under pressure.
- Having strong interpersonal skills with A friendly and positive attitude.
<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Experience in SAP
- Experience in Japanese company
- Having A high TOEIC score is A plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or International Trade is preferred.
- Experience in the food product industry is preferred.
- Experience from A trading company field is preferred.
- Full Experience in both import and export operations is preferred.
- Candidate who Can join early is preferred.

Language Skill
English level : Conversational              
Japanese level : None               

Workplace Area: BTS Phloen Chit 
Working Hour: 8:30-17:00 (Monday-Friday; Hybrid (Can apply WFH 2 days/Week/ After probation))
