Responsibilities
<Job responsibilities>
- Manage and oversee Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), cash flow, and bank account transactions.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting records and Financial reports.
- Monitor and control Financial transactions in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Prepare and analyze costing reports to Support management decisions.
- Handle BOI (Board of Investment) reporting and ensure compliance with BOI regulations.
- Support manufacturing cost analysis and cost control activities.
- Manage and review all tax-related matters, including VAT (PP.30), Withholding Tax (P.N.D.53), Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Annual tax filings (P.N.D.50), and Mid-year tax filings (P.N.D.51).
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax reports to the Revenue Department.
- Oversee fixed asset accounting, capitalization, depreciation, and asset reconciliation.
- Ensure proper recording and control of company assets.
- Coordinate with external auditors and Support Annual audit activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations, tax laws, and internal control requirements.
- Work closely with the tax department, Revenue department, auditors, and other internal stakeholders.
- Provide Financial guidance and Support to management as required.
Qualifications
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Thai nationality, Female, age 38 - 48 years old
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cost Accounting, and BOI-related accounting and reporting. (CPD Holder)
- At least 5 years experience in management level with subordinates.
- English conversational high level (To communicate with the Japanese report line, e-mail and document)
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft office applications.
- Strong knowledge of Thai tax regulations and accounting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with good communication and coordination skills.
<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Experience in manufacturing industry cost accounting.

English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None
Workplace Area: Pathum Thani (Near Future Park Rangsit)
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Monday-Friday)
