- Manage assigned customer Accounts and Develop new business opportunities to generate sales revenue.

- Hunt for new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

- Arrange customer visits, present ocean freight services, and identify customer needs.

- Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate rate/pricing support with related teams.

- Coordinate with internal departments, including customer service, ocean Customs Clearance, overseas branches, and other related teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

- Follow up on sales activities, customer requirements, and shipment opportunities.

- Monitor customer satisfaction and provide professional Support to customers.

- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 24 - 42 years old

- Bachelor's degree

- At least 1 year of experience in Ocean or Sea Freight Sales, with experience in hunting new customers or developing new business opportunities 

- Conversational high in English to Communicate with customers

- Have personal car and Ability to Drive to visit customers when Required

- Good computer Skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and Word.

- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills; Service-minded, responsible, result-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure.
