Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Receive orders from various countries clients.
• Handle import and export procedures (likely including customs clearance, documentation preparation, and logistics coordination).
• Perform data entry and manage related information using tools like spreadsheets.
• Coordinate with forwarders, shipping lines, and other logistics partners.
• Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery.
• Assist in resolving any issues related to international shipments.
• Prepare shipping documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists, bills of lading).
• Other tasks might be assigned

Qualifications

Necessary Skill / Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Fresh graduated is welcome (Bachelor's degree in logistics related fields)
• At least 1 year of experience in import/export or logistics operations
• Able to handle documents and data related to import/export or logistics
• Conversational middle to high level of English (Email/documents from clients, internal communication)

Languages skills 

• English : Conversational
• Japanese : None

Workplace Area: Amata Nakorn Industrial Area Muang, Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon - Fri Sat:(2-3 times/year))
