Senior Graphic Designer & Project Coordinator (32K – 50K) (SDG-131735) - บริษัท จัดหางาน อาร์จีเอฟ เอชอาร์ เอเจนท์ (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด

• Maintain and control design quality to ensure consistency with brand identity and Design Studio requirements 

• Prepare, revise, and optimize artwork files for production and printing processes 

• Develop physical mockups and visual samples for product appearance validation 

• Ensure all graphic designs meet technical specifications, printability requirements, and production standards 

• Support new product development and engineering changes related to graphic applications and decals 

• Manage graphic design projects across multiple workstreams to ensure on-time completion 

• Coordinate technical discussions, artwork approvals, and design implementation activities 

• Monitor project schedules and support resolution of technical or design-related issues 

• Oversee printed materials related to products such as decals, stickers, labels, manuals, and packaging 

• Support material selection and printing specification development 

• Monitor printing quality, color consistency, and production output to ensure compliance with approved standards 

• Coordinate with suppliers and production teams regarding printing process improvement and troubleshooting 

• Produce and support video presentations, photography, and multimedia materials for engineering and product presentation purposes 

• Maintain and organize the design database, artwork archives, and revision records 

• Ensure all design documentation and files are properly controlled and updated 

• Analyze and improve graphic and decal implementation processes to increase efficiency and reduce delays 

• Support standardization of design and print implementation methods 

• Participate in continuous improvement activities related to quality, productivity, and process stability 

• Support on-the-job training and skill development related to graphic application and printing processes 

• Share technical knowledge and best practices with team members 

• Maintain proper documentation, design records, specifications, and project files 

• Follow company safety regulations, environmental requirements, and operational procedures, and company compliance standards

• Other job assignments from Head of Engineering

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Industrial Design, Multimedia Design, or related field

• At least 3 years of experience in Graphic Design in manufacturing or product development environment

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop 

• Good skills in Photography, Video Editing, and multimedia presentation development

• Must attach portfolio or design sample for consideration

• Strong knowledge of printing technologies and printing process control 

• Good understanding of design file preparation, color control, artwork adjustment, and print production requirements 

• Self-motivated with strong ownership, accountability, and proactive working attitude 

• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills 

• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects within tight deadlines 

• Good coordination and teamwork skills 

• Conversational high - business level in English (coordinate and negotiate with overseas design studios and suppliers / Interview in English)

• Experience or knowledge in automotive, motorcycle helmet, composite product, or related manufacturing industries is highly preferred 

• Experience in project coordination and cross-functional communication within manufacturing operations is an advantage 

• Experience in Water Transfer Decals or product surface graphic application is highly preferred

Workplace Area: Klaeng, Rayong

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Friday / Saturday working: Everage 2 Sat per month *Depends on company calendar)

Salary: 32,000–50,000THB
