Maintenance Manager (Plastic Injection) (60K – 80K) (SDG-131781) - บริษัท จัดหางาน อาร์จีเอฟ เอชอาร์ เอเจนท์ (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด

• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance plans.

• Reduce machine downtime for production equipment (e.g., Injection and Inflation machines).

• Oversee utility systems, including electrical, water, and compressed air systems, as well as Air Compressors, Chillers, and Cooling Towers.

• Manage spare parts inventory and availability.

• Develop team capabilities and strengthen workplace safety systems.

• Perform as assigned by Manager.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. 

• At least 10 years of experience in machine maintenance from any manufacturing.

• At least 5 years of management experience as Assistant Manager or higher level.

• Strong experience in hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and PLC systems.

• Strong experience of plastic injection machines.

• Strong leadership skills with excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.

• Able to work effectively under pressure.

• Conversational middle - high level in English (Report to JP Manager)

• Possession of a Professional Engineering License (PE License) will be an advantage.

• Experience in plastic bag blowing and cutting machines will be an advantage.

Workplace Area: Amata City Industrial Estate Pluak Daeng, Rayong

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Monday – Friday Saturday working: 1-2 Sat per month)

Salary: 60,000–80,000THB
