Responsibilities
<Job responsibilities>
- To expand the new customer base
- To visit clients and take full responsibility for sales activities.
- Provide consultation, gather customer information, and coordinate with customers
- Plan, present, and successfully close sales
- Prepare sales reports and Conduct sales analysis
- To resolve issues and take ownership of bidding projects from new customers
- Achieve sales targets as defined by the company
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Other tasks as assigned by the manager

- Thai nationality, Female, age 26 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales in M&E equipment or systems
- Conversational middle in English level (Communicate internally, email, and some report documents)
- Have a personal car and a driving license for visiting customers
- Experience in acquiring new customers and developing new business opportunities
- Able to travel upcountry and Stay overnight as necessary for visiting customers
- Ability to represent the company in front of stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal and Negotiation Skills
<Preferred Skill / Experience>
- Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering
- Experience in a Japanese company
- Experience in M&E Contractor
- Experience in project sales
- Experience in bidding
