Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Monitor and control production activities to ensure they align with the production plan.• Prepare, manage, and maintain production related documentation.• Analyze root causes of problems and implement effective solutions.• Perform machinery repair and preventive maintenance on the production line.

Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related field.• At least 3 years working experiences as Production and Maintenance Engineer in Automotive Manufacturing.• Must have working experience about production control and maintenance• Conversational daily - middle in English (Email to Japan Head Office, Internal communication)• Computer literacy, specifically in Microsoft Excel.• Skill and knowledge in Auto CAD.• Have knowledge in IATF16949 and ISO14001.• Middle communicate in Japanese with JLPT N3 will be preferred• Experience in Forming/Forging machine is preferrable

• English : Conversational• Japanese : None
